Crawford principal David Murphy served as the project director for the planning, design, documentation, and construction of Lumen Field from 1996 to 2001. After founding Crawford Architects in 2001, David was sought after for his leadership, commissioned by the Seattle Seahawks to serve as the Architect of Record for multiple renovations and studies conducted during multiple off-seasons including:
